These terms describe how Klaris works today. They are not legal advice. They were written by the Klaris team to match the live product and billing, not by a lawyer.
Agreement
By creating an account, starting a trial, or using Klaris, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use Klaris.
Who we are
Klaris is the personal trading growth tracker at klarisapp.com.
These Terms refer to Klaris as the operator of the service. A registered company name may be added later.
How we handle personal and trading data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The service
Klaris helps you log daily results, keep journal context, compare projected and actual progress, and size the next trade from the balance you actually have.
Klaris is not a broker, not investment advice, and not a signal service. Trading involves risk of loss. Use only risk capital you can afford to lose.
Projection is a benchmark only. Klaris does not suggest catch-up sizing, martingale, or revenge trades.
Eligibility
You need a valid email address and must keep your login secure.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
Your account and data
You are responsible for the trading data and notes you enter.
Do not use Klaris for unlawful activity.
We may suspend or end access if you abuse the service, share credentials in a way that harms the product, or lose product access after billing ends.
Trial and billing
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial after you add a payment method through Stripe Checkout.
After the trial, Klaris continues on the plan you chose: $12 per month, or annual billing at 20% off ($115.20 per year), unless you cancel.
Card details are collected and stored by Stripe. Klaris does not store full card numbers. Klaris stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and access status so we can enforce trial or paid access.
Cancel, access, and refunds
You can cancel anytime in Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal).
When you cancel, you keep access through the period you already paid for. After that period ends, product access locks until you subscribe again.
If a renewal payment fails, access pauses until you update your payment method.
Klaris provides no automatic refunds. If you believe a charge needs review, use the Contact page and we may help case by case. Where consumer law requires a refund or cooling-off right, that law controls.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape Klaris, overload the service, or attempt to break security controls.
Do not reverse engineer Klaris to build a competing product from our code or protected materials.
Do not share your login in a way that lets others use your paid seat as an open pool.
Do not use Klaris to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Klaris owns the product, brand, site design, and related materials we provide.
You keep ownership of the trading data and journal content you enter. You grant Klaris the limited right to store and process that content so the service can run for you.
Disclaimer of warranties
Klaris is provided as is and as available.
We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, error-free software, investment returns, or that using Klaris will make you profitable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by the laws of Ireland, Klaris is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that Irish or other applicable consumer law says cannot be limited or excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Klaris evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update.
Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material billing changes will be reflected here and in the product where practical.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Courts in Ireland have jurisdiction over disputes, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
